How long does it take to receive my order?
You should receive your order in 2-5 business days. Most international orders are received within 2 - 3 weeks. We cannot control the local customs in your country, therefore some orders may take longer.

How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped via FedEx Express delivery, except orders shipped to PO Boxes. PO Box orders are shipped via USPS. All orders are shipped descretely in plain white boxes with no indication of the packages contents.

What is your refund policy and return instructions?
Our refund policy is simple. If your not 100% satisfied with ENHANCE9™, simply return the remaining boxes within 90 days of receiving ENHANCE9™ for a complete refund. Please note, you must return the boxes to be eligible for a refund. We do not refund the shipping and handling.

Do you accept checks or money orders?

Why was my credit card declined?
