G-Spot
You’ve heard about it, but what the
hell is it?The G-Spot is a mysterious area inside the woman’s
vagina that, when stimulated properly, can send her into a
frenzy of orgasms.Many scholars have disputed the existence of
this region, but it DOES exist!Though its sensitivity level
may vary, every woman has a G-Spot.
The G-Spot was named after a German obstetrician in the
1940’s, Dr. Ernst Grafenberg, who described it as a tiny,
bean-shaped area lying just behind the front upper wall of a
woman’s vagina, about 1 ½ to 2 inches inside the vaginal
opening.According to Dr. Grafenbert, “This erotic hotspot
seems to be surrounded by erectile tissue like the corpora
cavernosa (of the penis)… and in the course of sexual
stimulation the female urethra begins to enlarge and can be
easily felt.”It becomes, in essence, a tiny half-hidden female
erection.
So where is it and how do you get there?!It takes a bit
of practice to find, and you will really need to be able to
read your partner’s reactions.Here are 2 Ways of Finding

Method One:
Have your woman lie on her stomach, legs apart, with
her hips rotated slightly upward.Next you insert two fingers
into her vagina, palm down, and start exploring the front wall
of her vagina (the side closest to the bed).The G-Spot is
buried under some layers of tissue, so it may take some
pressure to stimulate the area.
Method Two:
Have her lie on her back, legs apart.Insert two
fingers, palm up and explore the top side of her vagina.If you
think of her vaginal area as a small clock with 12 o’clock
pointing toward her naval, the G-Spot is located somewhere
between 11 and 1 o’clock.
In either case, you should ask her to guide you by
telling you what feels good.You should use firm pressure, not
gentle strokes.Some doctors say that once you’ve found it, the
woman will have a fleeting feeling that she needs to
urinate.After 5 to 15 seconds of massage, though, the feelings
turn to erotic pleasure.
Arousal of the G-Spot is usually much more effective if
the woman is already sexually aroused.Make sure your nails are
cut.It’s usually easier if you form your fingers into a hook
while fingering her… as if you’re motioning for someone to
